Introduction To Pink Floyd:
I first heard Pink Floyd 'the wall' album when I was 13 years old and was absolutely blown away by them and I have always held a strong admiration for the female vocalists, especially after hearing 'Dark Side Of The Moon' album.
I have been singing in a duo for two years and love performing, but it never allowed me to dabble in Floyd.
As I was born too late to witness the full Floyd shows (though I am lucky enough to have seen Gilmour and Waters separately) it is a huge pleasure and honour to work with such a professional, talented bunch.
I never would have thought that I would ever have had the chance to perform the very track that gave me goose bumps 15 years ago, 'Great Gig In The Sky'.
Background:
Having been brought up by her singer Dad and being introduced to many different styles of music it was inevitable that she would follow in her father's footsteps.
| Lyndsay has been a part of female duo 'Twofold' for two years now and loves performing having inherited the vocal genes.
However, it was rare that she got to indulge in the style of music she holds such a passion for, Pink Floyd. 'I have always been full of admiration for the various female vocalists of Floyd, therefore, this opportunity for me is incredibly exciting!'.
